Sales and general activity over the past few weeks are lower than traditionally would be expected. I currently believe that the cooler / wetter weather, fuel prices, and political unrest in the area have been the major driving forces behind this trend. The search and internet activity are showing signs of increased activity. This traditionally will display itself with increased sales numbers 46 to 60 days out.
